Mentoring your team of 2, your focus will be on further developing an online following by the ongoing development and management of all content on the website.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the workload of the content team
- Monitoring the creation of all product content (e.g. videos, imagery, promotions)
- Ensuring the correct product offering is available across all websites.
- Reviewing and editing all content to ensure accuracy, relevancy to the brand, and consumer appeal
- General site maintenance, reviewing overall image quality, and continually enhancing the general presentation of the site
- Reporting on and analyzing e-commerce performance
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally having managed a small team
- Understanding of SEO
- Basic graphic design knowledge – Photoshop, Illustrator skills.
- Strong writing / verbal communication skills, with a creative flair
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work within tight deadlines
- Experience in the action sports industry is preferred
