Village Feast is back at East Brunswick Village this November with a huge range of specialty dishes and local brews.
Your favourite food and drink venues across the precinct are rolling out one-day-only menu items for the annual East Brunswick Village community celebration.
Village Feast brings together East Brunswick Village staples like Rumi, The Rocket Society, Bridge Road Brewers and newcomers for a day of eating, drinking and wandering through a makers market, where over 20 local artisans will be selling their wares alongside the food action.
Hagen’s Organics is firing up the barbecue for foot-long frankfurters stacked in seeded ciabatta with organic cheddar, habanero mustard, house-made ketchup, bread and butter pickles and crispy tallow-fried onions.
To be Frank bakery is taking on pavlova with a citrus twist, layering blood orange gel, mandarin and lemon curd and vanilla chantilly on a flaky croissant-pastry base topped with meringue…uh, yum!
