Duke Street Block Party announces big international lineup for 2022

Duke Street Block Party

Abbotsford's going to explode with one of Melbourne's best street festivals as Duke Street Block Party returns with some big name international acts.

Maverick UK DJ Floating Points and a live performance from Jamaican dance-hall singer and DJ Sister Nancy headline this year’s bill, set to rock Abbotsford on March 19.

Other performances include Eris Drew b2b Octo Octa, Detroit’s one woman funk machine DJ Hologaphic, Sherelle, Cassettes For Kids (Live), Kalyani and many more.

Keep up with the latest music news, features, festivals, interviews and reviews here.

The 2022 edition will see an expansion of the event to run along Bond Street as well as Duke Street, meaning more room for punters to dance, move and dive into the high energy block party all-rounder. This year, the festival will be supported by Untitled Group, Crown Ruler, Moon Dog Craft Brewery, and PBS.

As well as showcasing live acts and DJs from around the globe, punters can explore the nooks and crannies of Duke Street and Bond Street with bespoke food and drink options including Nico’s Sandwiches and Vola Foods.

Proud presenters PBS will transform the Moon Dog Warehouse into a considered dance space hosting some of Naarm’s most eclectic and esoteric selectors. There will be a third stage tucked away in the neighbouring car park presented by infamous local party Dutty.
