Diesel celebrates 30 years of music with his Give Me Saturday Night National Tour, running from September to November and on sale now. With three shows in Victoria, Diesel hits the Corner Hotel on Thursday October 25, plus shows that weekend in Nunawading and Chelsea Heights.
Continuing the celebrations, Diesel has released a new collection of songs. Take a trip down memory lane with Diesel’s latest compilation. Not only can you listen to his greatest hits but you can follow Diesel’s YouTube Channel where Diesel himself talks about some of his most celebrated music and how it came to be.
The collection features fourteen top 40 hits such as ‘Tip of My Tongue’, ‘Come to Me’, ‘Soul Revival’ and crowd pleaser ‘Give Me Saturday Night’. Diesel – 30: The Greatest Hits is available here.
“The last greatest hits I did was in ’97,” says Diesel. “That was a long time ago and there’s been a lot of records since then. It’s nice to look back and recap, do a little stocktake, put the all together and make a family out of them.”
Fender are also celebrating Diesel’s career and have released a Limited-Edition Diesel Signature Stratocaster, launching it at the Melbourne Guitar Show on the weekend.
