Dethklok, the renowned extreme metal band from the animated series Metalocalypse, is set to bring their Awaken Australia tour to the country in April 2025.
The tour will feature a blend of savage live performances and multimedia storytelling that has captivated fans worldwide. Dethklok has evolved from its animated roots to become a dynamic force in the heavy metal scene.
Tour dates are as follows:
- Melbourne – 4 April, The Forum
- Sydney – 5 April, The Roundhouse
- Brisbane – 6 April, The Tivoli
- Adelaide – 8 April, Hindley Street Music Hall

With musician and co-creator Brendon Small leading the charge alongside legendary drummer Gene Hoglan, the band combines animation, comedy, and brutal instrumentation to recreate the experience of their albums and visuals live on stage. Fans can expect a multi-sensory performance blending the humour and intensity that has made Metalocalypse a cult favourite.
Tickets for the tour will be available soon, with VIP pre-sale tickets launching at 10 am local time on Thursday, 12 December, followed by general tickets at 10 am on Friday, 13 December.
