Riding the indie surf music wave…
Surf City (of New Zealand) and Deep Sea Arcade (of Sydney) have joined forces on a forthcoming tour to bring laid-back surf-inspired grooves to us lonely, un-beach-ed Melbournites.
Most of the shows they’ll do will take place by the beach (like at The Beach Road Hotel in Sydney etc) except in Melbourne, where we have no beaches, and we’ll all huddle and shiver in the Northcote Social Club instead.
Special guests on the tour include Step Panther, Loon Lake, Danger Beacch and Mosman Alder.
It’s a psychedelic surfy delight, and you can catch it like a wave at The NSC on Friday February 18. Doors at 8.30pm, tickets are $15+BF/$18 and tickets are available here.
