The 2014 Music Feast will run over 12 days and feature more than 150 events in over 15 venues throughout Westgarth, Northcote, Thornbury, Preston and Reservoir. This year’s festival aims to put greater focus onto artists and industry development opportunities. They’ve parnered up with Orkestra Glasso Bashalde for a new composition competition, The Push have been added on to bring a pop up free access industry development space to life with speaker panels co-presented by Music Victoria and hands-on workshops.
The Bain Marie will once again serve as the festival hub bar, featuring free shows, music workshops and gigs for the whole family. This year’s lineup consists of a wide range of talent and includes Mojo Juju, Pugsley Buzzard, The Wilson Pickers, Christopher Coleman Collective, Cherrywood, Ruby Boots, The Davidson Brothers and Archer and Rowena Wise.
