Rising to fame with pioneering ’90s punk trio Sleater-Kinney and later going on to star in the cult-hit sketch show Portlandia, Brownstein will be appearing off the back of her memoir – Hunger Makes Me a Modern Girl. In it, she describes her experiences at the vanguard of the feminist punk scene as well as her time growing up in tumultuous suburbia.
