Byron Spirit Festival We are the Mandala has a new venue

After five years at Mullumbimby, The Byron Spirit Festival is continuing its barefoot elegance at a new location, the town the festival is named after, Byron Bay. It continues to provide opportunities to choose your own spiritual adventure in Northern New South Wales. The Byron Bay home means the program runs at Byron’s new events complex Cavanbah Centre and the luxurious Elements of Byron. The festival’s organisers are keen to collaborate with local businesses to enhance visitors’ experiences.

The festival hosts more than 50 workshops and panels on yoga, music, dance, healing, creative arts, sustainability and cultural ceremonies over three days. Next year sees the addition of new workshops about relationships, Indigenous culture and teenagers’ rites of passage. In 2018, the festival will run from Friday April 20 until Sunday April 22. Its theme, We are the Mandala, homes in on co-creation, human design, how we connect to the natural world, and how we can live in the greatest harmony with ourselves and everything else.

The festival will be followed by the Australian BreathFest on Monday April 23 thanks to Breath of Bliss. This is a chance to dive deep into the power of breath work.

Visit the Spirit Festival’s website for more details, tickets and giveaways. Early bird tickets are available now, and general tickets released on Wednesday November 15.
