Showcasing a whopping 20 acts over its three-day run, Ballroom Blitz looks to amplify rising music acts that were primed to tour internationally or as part of the Australian summer music festival circuit before the pandemic put the live music industry on pause.
On Friday June 11 from 6pm, punters will be treated to sets from Goldminds, Dr Sure’s Unusual Practice, Steel Wheels, Redspencer, and Easy Browns for day one of the festival.
Backing it up on Saturday, the likes of Batts, Merpire, Braille Face, Feelds, Cahill Kelly, and Lewis Coleman will grace the stage, with more acts yet to be announced.
Finally, Sunday will round out Ballroom Blitz with performances from Cool Sounds, Snowy Band, Michael Beach, Martin Frawley, Jackson Reid Briggs & the Heaters, Emily Ulman, and Monnone Alone.
Single-day tickets and three-day passes are available, with prices ranging from $25+BF for Friday, $32+BF for Saturday or Sunday, and $70+BF for all three days.
A great way to support acts that have been greatly impacted by COVID-19 restrictions and a perfect opportunity to catch a bunch of exciting emerging artists you may not have heard before, Ballroom Blitz is not to be missed.
