Bruce Springsteen’s Broadway performance depicting his life and music will now be available to witness globally, with the revered musician teaming up with Netflix to stream the performance on the show’s final night in Wayne Kerr Theatre this December.
Springsteen on Broadway marries music and storytelling, with Springsteen weaving tales of his life with performances of songs inspired by certain events for a mesmerisingly intimate show which won Springsteen a Tony this year.
The show has been extended a number of times, drastically outliving its originally-devised six-week stint with Springsteen set to have performed the show a whopping 236 times by the time it wraps up at the end of the year.
“Springsteen on Broadway” will launch globally on @Netflix on December 15, 2018, which is also the final night of Springsteen’s completely sold out 236-show run at Jujamcyn’s Walter Kerr Theatre on Broadway. Read more at https://t.co/QotghGzUi0 pic.twitter.com/k6zIBqMwrM
