Based out of an old apple orchard on the Victorian surf coast / Wathaurong country, which was where their 2021 album Ginger Gold was rehearsed and recorded, Bones and Jones make toe-tapping, honest country. Bones and Jones are known for putting on a great live show – from tambourines and maracas popping out for a song or two to band members swapping instruments, to dual guitar harmonica and guitar melodies, it’s always a great time.

They’ve just released some fantastic tracks with the Melbourne three piece Folk Bitch Trio, ‘If I Was a Man’ and ‘Friendly Neighbour’.

They’ll be performing at the iconic Brunswick Ballroom. A bastion of Brunswick’s bustling Sydney Road, the location has a long history dating back to the 1960s, having served as a hat factory, nightclub, wedding reception centre, French restaurant, and the beloved Spotted Mallard.

The Brunswick Ballroom is known for an eclectic and diverse range of performances, celebrating the best entertainment Melbourne has to offer.
