“I’ve been presenting a mother’s day show on the JVG Radio Method on RRR for years. It’s my favourite show of the year,” states organiser Jon Von Goes. “Back to back mothers singing songs about motherhood. The joys, the trials, the ecstasy and the mundanity. We have kids running around the studios. Big kids and little kids. And we have partners, siblings and friends helping out musically and domestically. It’s an afternoon of motherly energy and talent that happens only once a year.”

Leaping from the studio to the stage, the show begins with the radio segment at 2pm which you can tune into at home, after which all the guests who have just performed on the radio will appear at the Brunswick Ballroom for the 5pm show to sing live.

Presenter of the JVG Radio Method on RRR 102. FM, Jon Von Goes talents extend beyond radio broadcaster, into the realms of musician, MC and marriage celebrant. Regulars on the show include Ian Bland, Kerri Simpson, Charles Jenkins, Davey Lane, Dr Pump, Angie Hart and Emma Heeney, Barb Waters and Craig Pilkington, Dave Evans and Sarah Carroll.
