In addition to sourcing talent from Victoria’s top universities, Sonata Software will collaborate with the Victorian government’s Digital Jobs program to fill roles with workers who have recently gained digital skills. This will provide a pathway for experienced professionals transitioning into tech roles, ensuring the new Centre has access to a diverse range of talent.
Minister for Economic Growth Tim Pallas also praised the expansion. “Victoria’s thriving tech sector continues to be a magnet for global tech companies, enhancing our state’s innovation capabilities and creating valuable opportunities for our highly skilled workforce,” he said.
