Known far and wide for his work with Ima Robot and Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros, this is the first time the first time the singer songwriter has truly branched out on his own.
"I wanted to be able to build an album basically with my hands, like building a house by myself,” Alexander explained.
All sounds on Alexander are performed by him alone. This includes guitar, a Lowery organ, a clarinet and he’s even taken a crack at the violin.
Alexander will be released February 25.
