The Abbotsford Convent Foundation (ACF) has a rare vacancy in two adjoining spaces, which are amongst the largest studios on-site. Later this year, The Song Room, who have called the Convent home for the last nine years, will depart, leaving a vacancy that is ready to be filled.
The two rooms cover 221 square metres in total, and the ACF are seeking one or multiple arts organisations (or practioners) to lease either or both of the adjoining level two spaces. The rooms feature soaring ceilings, hydronic heating, ceiling fans and numerous cathedral height windows, with the lease including access to a shared kitchenette and bathrooms, a meeting room, car park access and discounted venue hire.
