Quarterhouse, a new multi-level venue on the edge of Melbourne's CBD, is set to open its doors on Wednesday 14 May.
The ambitious new Melbourne rooftop bar and venue promises a distinctive pub experience across multiple levels, each offering a different vibe. The ground floor Public Bar delivers classic pub energy with live sports, a pool table and a range of beers on tap, while the soon-to-launch Rooftop provides an elevated escape with skyline views and cocktails.

Between these two signature spaces sits The Hall, a dedicated level designed for functions and private gatherings with its own bar and sunlit terrace. The space offers versatility for everything from birthday celebrations to corporate events.
Quarterhouse is positioning itself as an all-day destination with kitchen hours running from 11:30am to 9pm Sunday to Thursday, and extended until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The venue itself stays open until 11pm Sunday to Wednesday, midnight on Thursdays, and 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
To celebrate its arrival on the scene, Quarterhouse is hosting a Neighbourhood Drinks event on Thursday 15 May, inviting locals to check out their new watering hole. The venue is also offering $10 off first orders for customers who sign up to The Pass app, which provides a loyalty program across hundreds of pubs and bars nationwide.
With its prime location at 693 Collins Street in Docklands, Quarterhouse aims to become a go-to destination for after-work drinks, weekend socialising, and everything in between. The venue’s multi-level approach means visitors can start with casual drinks in the Public Bar before moving upstairs as the night progresses.
Bookings for the opening period are now available online, with the team particularly encouraging reservations for the Rooftop, which is expected to be in high demand during its launch phase.
