As a teaser of the Melbourne permanent food truck precinct plan, well-loved food truck vendors including Greek St Food, Smokin’ Barry’s and Real Burgers will now call Collins Street home.
The food truck park opens today and will serve tasty delights on Monday to Wednesday until 2.30pm, and until 9pm on Thursday and Friday.
