Kicking off on Wednesday February 10, the five-day Summer Gin Market is the perfect opportunity to taste an array of boutique Australian gins while giving punters a chance to meet the makers and hear about their products.
Featuring Manly Spirits, Turner Stillhouse, Tiny Bear, Cape Byron Distillery, Old Young’s Distillery, Heathcote Gin, Animus, Artillery, and hosts The Craft & Co, the unique event offers something for every kind of gin-enthusiast.
The COVID-safe, sit-down event will operate using a speed-dating-style format – with booze taking the place of small talk – as distillers move from table to table for tastings and a chat about their products.
That’s right, you won’t have to wait in line to get a drink, or even leave your seat!
Nine ticketed sessions will run across the five-day market, with slots available during the day or night. Tickets will score you admission as well as free tastings, a show bag (and yes, there’s gin in it), vouchers and more.
Plus, once all the tastings are over, you’ll have an opportunity to make your way around the room, catch up with any of the makers whose gin took your fancy and hit the bottle shop to get your hands on some take-home goodies.
With limited numbers and sessions, tickets are certain to sell out so be sure to secure yours pronto.
