Located upstairs at The Colonial Hotel, the venue welcomed local post-hardcore band Drown This City to its stage on Thursday to a rapturous crowd.
And that’s just the beginning with the venue having already slated another three bands to perform. Six-piece Melbourne band Storm The Sky will roar into the venue this Thursday April 27 followed by Dream On Dreamer on Thursday May 4 and progressive metalcore band Arkive on Thursday May 11.
When it’s not a gig venue, Blight’s Bar is an energetic bar and club space. A state of the art soundsystem is buttressed by futuristic lighting while the suspended chandeliers and glossy black wall provide for the perfect function space.
