Sam Alfred and Job Jobse link up at The Wool Store for one January night only.
Two of dance’s most restless selectors are about to share one Melbourne floor: Sam Alfred meets Job Jobse.
It marks the first time the pair have gone back to back in this city, and the setting is The Wool Store, the reclaimed warehouse that keeps pulling Naarm’s dance faithful through its doors. Untitled Group presents the one-off, teasing an extended run through house, techno, trance and garage across a single late-summer session.

Sam Alfred has built his name on the golden stretch of ’90s house and garage, carrying that sound from home floors to crowds spread across Australia, Asia and Europe. Sold-out shows abroad, standout appearances at Pitch Music & Arts, Beyond The Valley and Glitch, and a growing catalogue on the Running Back label have all pushed his reach well past local walls.
Job Jobse arrives from the opposite corner of the map, bringing his own considerable weight to the pairing. The Amsterdam selector sharpened his craft across long residencies at Trouw and De School, and his sets tend to wander between house, disco, techno, italo and trance.
Sign-ups get first access when presale tickets go live at 6pm on 31 August. Whatever’s left afterwards reaches the general public from 6pm on 1 September, both windows running on Melbourne time.
