The riverside New Year's Eve knees-up at Collingwood Children's Farm is back, and When Pigs Fly has just unveiled the roster it's bringing to the paddock.
When Pigs Fly has dropped its 2026 lineup, bringing more than 20 acts to Collingwood Children’s Farm on 31 December.
Held on the banks of the Birrarung in Abbotsford, When Pigs Fly turns the working farm into a day-to-night dance party spread across two stages. This year’s bill leans hard on house, techno, dub and disco, with Melbourne export Tornado Wallace joined by a swag of international names including Puerto Rican dub act Pachyman, New York’s AceMo and Chicago house veteran RAHAAN.

The live side of the ledger features Blue Communications, Gustavo Moreno, Intermood, Drifting Clouds, Rawdrum and the pairing of CD & Silentjay, alongside Pachyman. On the decks, the roster runs deep: Aysu, Claire Dickson, Cuerpo Negro, DJ Matab, DJ PGZ, Mikalah Watego, Jale, Muiscaya, Otorongo, Selena, Sheidita, SIMONA and Dutch selector Suze Ijó all get a run, with Claire Dickson pulling double duty on MC.
For the uninitiated, the festival plants two stages (the outdoor Paddock and the indoor Barn) among the veggie plots and paddocks, with the farm’s resident goats, pigs and chickens shuffled somewhere quieter for the occasion. Gates open in the afternoon and the music rolls past midnight, so you can see out the old year and welcome 2027 with a boogie by the river.
Attendance is capped to keep things intimate, so anyone keen to spend their New Year’s Eve two-stepping past a peacock or two would be wise to move quickly before the party sells out.
