FULLY AMTD stands for Fully Australian Music Tee Shirt Day, with the event encouraging attendees to wear band merch supporting local artists. It’s become an annual fixture at Stay Gold, combining a stacked multi-genre lineup with meaningful fundraising for mental health support in the music community.
Support Act provides crisis relief and mental health services to artists, crew and music workers across Australia. By channelling all ticket revenue directly to the charity, FULLY AMTD 2025 connects live music with tangible support for the industry’s wellbeing infrastructure.
Baker’s Eddy’s punk rock energy contrasts with the indie and hip-hop flavours elsewhere on the bill, creating a diverse showcase that reflects Australian music’s breadth. Friends of Friends bring Queensland’s modern rock sound to Brunswick, while Late November represents Townsville’s indie scene with their eight-piece lineup.
DENNI’s inclusion adds hip-hop and storytelling from Lutruwita/Tasmania, further expanding the geographic and sonic range. This Space Is Ours and My Safe Word Is Murder fill out the evening with their own approaches, ensuring the six-act bill moves through different moods and intensities.
Mental health awareness remains central to FULLY AMTD’s mission. Live music communities face unique pressures around touring, financial instability and irregular work patterns that impact wellbeing. Support Act addresses these challenges through counselling, financial assistance and mental health programs specifically designed for music industry workers.
Stay Gold continues supporting events that combine quality lineups with social purpose. As a Brunswick venue, it’s positioned in Melbourne’s inner north where Australian music showcases draw crowds invested in both discovering new acts and supporting industry causes.
