The Swell Sessions is back at Torquay Surf Life Saving Club with a stacked lineup next February.

Kicking off with the official West Coast Wax Up Afterparty, The Swell Sessions returns to the beachfront venue where surf meets sound. Melbourne favourites Floodlights headline alongside Canadian psych-surf outfit Surf Hat, with local legends Bones & Jones, Savage Honey and OH! Daisy rounding out the bill.

Following previous gigs featuring acts like Bodyjar and Jebediah, The Swell Sessions has built a reputation for combining great music with a great cause. Funds raised support the club’s lifesaving efforts that keep Torquay’s beaches safe year-round.

Live DJs will keep the energy flowing between sets, with giveaways happening throughout the night. It’s not just about the music but a celebration of everything that makes Torquey unique, from the coastal lifestyle to the vital lifesaving services protecting the shoreline.

Presented by Torquay Surf Lifesaving Club in partnership with West Coast Wax Up and Stone & Wood, the series is curated by Lonely Lands Agency. Previous editions have drawn crowds eager to catch quality acts in an unbeatable beachfront setting while supporting a worthy cause.

Whether you’re into psych-surf sounds, indie rock or just want to soak up the coastal atmosphere with a drink in hand, The Swell Sessions offers the perfect summer Saturday night. Come for the music, stay for the culture, and be part of a legacy that protects and celebrates the coastline for generations to come.

With Melbourne heavyweights and international acts sharing the stage with local talent, the February lineup sets a high bar for the series’ return. It’s a massive way to launch The Swell Sessions back into action and support the lifesaving efforts that keep everyone safe in the water.
