Double J will mark its 10th birthday on Tuesday, April 30 with an extraordinary line-up of Double J presenters, artists and friends of the station who will come together for an epic party to mark the occasion.  

Kicking off live from 8am on April 30, Double J Turns 10 will celebrate all the music, memories and mayhem the last decade brought us. Double J’s Dylan Lewis, Zan Rowe, Karen Leng, Caz Tran, Henry Wagons and Tim Shiel are set to host the birthday celebrations alongside a mammoth line-up including Regurgitator, Sarah Blasko, Osher Gunsberg, Dan Sultan, Bag Raiders, Yumi Stynes, Tim Rogers and many more.

  • 8am – 9am | Jay & The Doctor with Regurgitator
  • 9am – 10am | Dylan Lewis & Ella Hooper with Gena Rose Bruce, Sam Taunton and Dan Sultan

Every hour of the big birthday bash will feature a rotation of presenters, special guests, and celebrate all things Double J. Jay & The Doctor will reprise their 2000s triple j Breakfast show, Osher Gunsbergand Yumi Stynes will reunite to reminisce about the Big Day Out, Zan Rowe, Sarah Blasko, and Bad//Dreems will head up a Double J takeover, with an hour of power simulcast on triple j, and Rosie Beaton will be back to play all of your requests.

Diving into the archives, we’ll also look back at some of the biggest Double J moments over the last 10 years, including our huge 50 best lists like the 50 Most Memorable Soundtracks (2018), 50 Best Australian Debut Albums (2020) and the 50 Gigs You Should Have Been At (2020).

To cap off the night, Double J will be bringing listeners an exclusive mix from world-renowned DJ, Fat Boy Slim.
