Each Wednesday night, the Winter Night Market will flip the chill on its head, transforming into a cosy wonderland of street eats, live music, local shopping, and roaming performers—all under the warm glow of open fires and festoon lights. Whether you’re a foodie, a mulled wine sipper, a vintage treasure hunter or just after a cheeky midweek pick-me-up, there’s something to get around.
On the food front, expect both returning favourites and spicy new additions. Newcomers include Cannoleria’s tiramisu cannoli, Laksa Shack’s steaming bowls, La Trafila’s truffle pasta, and The Little Paris’ garlic butter snails (yes, really). Old faves are back too—think Smashville burgers, lobster chowder in bread bowls, churros and ice cream, and the ever-iconic ReWine mulled wine.
If you’re thirsty for something new, the Spiced Milo Cocktail is winter in a cup (with or without the rum), and Warm Butter Beer makes its delicious return for a second year.
Beyond the bites, the Queen Victoria Night Market boasts 60+ market stalls, tarot card readings, and the ridiculously fun Guru Dudu Silent Disco—because why not dance with headphones on between sips of hot soup and warm cocktails?
This isn’t just another market. It’s Melbourne doing winter its way—loud, tasty and full of soul. Wrap up, rally your crew, and make Wednesday nights your new winter ritual.
