Made in Preston Melbourne by Gold Emotion Australia, the company has just launched their Pure Gold Gin range, the first gin in Australia to feature 24k gold fleck. A chance encounter on a plane saw Founder and Director Ema Cregeen partner with Gold Emotion Founder JC Rousseau (France). As a result, the Australian division was launched in 2019 with the partnership set to introduce 24k gold products to Australia.
JC launched Gold Emotion France in 2005 and since that time has created unique products and designs including exclusive, personalised bottles for many celebrities. He has developed specialised techniques for gilding models, pools, private jets and even a Formula 1 car and is responsible for covering the first car in the world entirely in gold leaf. Just as the company formed in Australia the world went into lockdown. While other industries shut down, Ema, thinking quickly, pivoted and moved the entire production to Melbourne.
