Win a double pass to Alanis Morissette’s Tony and Grammy Award-winning Jagged Little Pill the Musical

We're giving away a double pass to the theatre experience of the year, Tony and Grammy award winning musical Jagged Little Pill.

Ignited by the best selling debut album in history, featuring Alanis Morisette’s seminal hits ‘You Oughta Know’, ‘Head Over Feet’, ‘Hand In My Pocket’, and ‘Ironic’, Jagged Little Pill is destined to be one of Melbourne’s greatest theatrical experiences.

Nominated for 15 Tony Awards (the most of any show), and a recent Grammy winner for Best Musical Theatre Album, this electrifying production about the perfectly imperfect suburban family has been captivating audiences around the world, due to its incredibly relevant message about contemporary life.

Now we’re providing one very lucky Beat reader with a double pass – with a total value of $290 – to experience the critically-acclaimed musical on Tuesday 4 January at 7pm at Melbourne’s Comedy Theatre.

All you have to do is tell us, in 25 words or less, your earliest memory of Alanis Morissette’s debut album and why you’re excited to see it brought to the stage.

Competition closes Friday December 31. By entering, you agree to receive promotional collateral from Beat and competition partners. For more info, check out our privacy policy.

Jagged Little Pill features music and lyrics by Morissette and an original story written by Oscar Award winner Diablo Cody (Juno, Tully).

It stars an ensemble cast, featuring multi-award winner Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Tim Draxl, Maggie McKenna, Liam Head, and Emily Nkomo, and is directed by Tony Award winner Diane Paulus (Waitress, Pippin), choreographed by Olivier Award winner Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui and orchestrated and arranged by Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winner Tom Kitt.
