Adelaide’s seven-piece rock collective, West Thebarton, is gearing up for their highly anticipated return to the music scene with a new single and an EP.
The band’s first single off their upcoming EP, Victory, is titled George Michael and is set to release on April 14 via Domestic La La. To celebrate the release of their upcoming EP, West Thebarton is also hitting the road for a run of East Coast shows, including a show at Melbourne’s The Gasometer Hotel on May 26.

“This song is bottling that feeling of being stuck in a moment of time, and all that you want to do is soak in that something ‘amazing’,” say the band.
“It’s almost like the world stops and your brain does a 360 when you’re looking over a view that’s so fkn beautiful that everything seems to not matter at that moment.”
The band have been working hard in and out of the studio to put the finishing touches on their new music. While they have popped up here and there to headline shows and festivals, their upcoming EP is their first release since their 2018 debut album, Different Beings Being Different.
