Now he is offering an independent course to those who don’t want to do a two-year university degree, but do want to set themselves up working as an artist or industry professional in Australia. By the end of the course you will, if you want, be set up as a registered business.
The course will commence in March and consist of 10 three-hour weekly sessions at his live music, art and performance venue Odeon Richmond. Come along to Odeon Richmond for a chance to meet Bruce, discuss the course and sign up to be a part of the first series of classes.
Masterminds behind the music venue, Eleni Tzaros and Bruce Butler know exactly what they are doing, with a combined six decades of experience in the music industry. The conception of the Odeon Richmond was born during their overseas travels last year when they made a trip to the Odeon of all Odeons in Athens, Greece.
While this one may not sit on the slope of the Acropolis, it is right at home in Richmond and equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system fit for any performance.
The Open Day is from 1 pm on Sunday 16th February at 267 Swan Street Richmond. To learn more about Bruce, head here. To learn more about Odeon Richmond, head here.
