J M S has been rigorously bringing his music across Australia, organizing and performing at the sold out PJ Harvey anniversary show, two sold out David Bowie tributes and Glide tributes in Sydney. He is also the mastermind behind the 29th of April Corner Hotel celebration of the 30th anniversary of The Smiths The Queen Is Dead album.
Now he is stepping out from behind these musical giants to bring his own music to the world.
Recorded at Crosstown Studios, J M S will present Tales Surround The Lighthouse Lamp. The album features 12 tracks and is available exclusively on CD at the show, to be followed by a digital release the week after.
Backyard will be on the bill too, officially launching their 7″ vinyl Young and Old, after building up much hype on the scene playing shows across Melbourne since 2014.
They will be joined by very special guests Christopher Coleman Collective, Luke Shields (Have/Hold), Eli Cash and Hayley Couper.
