Since he released the EP earlier this year, Melbourne-based Joy has gone on to win breakthrough artist and best single/EP at the AIR-organised Independent Music Awards and up for four ARIA nominations in the song, pop, breakthrough and video categories.
This month, while the singer songwriter is in Seattle with US producer Ryan Hadlock (who most recently produced the chart-topping debut from The Lumineers) working tracks on his debut album, God Loves You When You’re Dancing will be released in the UK on Monday November 25.
