2024 has already been a monumental year for Glaser, beginning with her standout performance at the Tom Brady Roast, which earned her viral attention and reaffirmed her title as “the best roaster on the planet.” Shortly after, she premiered her highly anticipated second HBO comedy special, Someday You’ll Die, which earned her first Emmy Award nomination.
Glaser will kick off 2025 by hosting the 82nd annual Golden Globe Awards in January before heading to Australia and New Zealand for her debut tour.
Glaser’s second HBO special, Someday You’ll Die, has set the record for both the best premiere night for an HBO comedy special in over two years and the largest streaming audience for a comedy special in HBO Max/Max history. The special dives into various topics with her trademark unapologetic humour, covering everything from her aversion to having children to the realities of aging.
Her performance on Netflix’s Emmy-nominated The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady solidified her status in comedy, earning her further recognition. Glaser has also launched The Nikki Glaser Podcast, where she offers a brutally honest look into her life and pop culture.
Tickets for the tour will go on sale on Monday 28 October at 11am local time.
