The entire menu is driven by locally harvested and seasonal Australian produce with everything made entirely in-house – from sauces to cocktail syrup, right through to the made-from-scratch guacamole.
Cocktails include a watermelon margarita as well as United Kitchen’s take on an espresso martini with a double shot of coffee, espresso infused tequila and Pedro Ximinez. Elsewhere on the menu, tapas features pork belly tostados, soft shell crab with chimichurri sauce and heartier options such as char-grilled lamb and beef cheek.
