Russell Kane is on a burning hot streak in 2023. As well co-hosting live TV shows on Channel 4 most weeks, his chart-smashing BBC Radio 4 show Evil Genius has been turned into TV by BBC Studios and will appear on Sky TV in November 2023. He also recently helped present a prime-time, conversation-changing documentary about men’s bodies and sperm counts. This year he performed headline slots at Latitude (“highlight of the arena”) – as well headlining both Reading and Leeds festivals.

He is a regular on Channel 4, BBC, and ITV: all the usual panel shows on which you see funny motor-mouth.  He’s also a writer, actor, and presenter.  He drinks lots of coffee and is ‘like that in real life’.

He was the first ever comedian to bag the two most prestigious comedy awards on earth in the same year, for the same show: Dave’s Edinburgh Comedy Award (formerly the Perrier), and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Award. He’s also a raving bighead that likes listing his achievements.

He has bagged Five Star reviews in The Age, The Times, Time Out, Sunday Times and The Daily Telegraph. Recent TV appearances include Live At The Apollo, The Stand Up Sketch Show and Michael McIntryre’s Big Show, The Apprentice: You’re Fired and The One Show.
