From the still of the chrysalis, a new -TOPIA emerges.
Wet-winged and tender, we unfurl into a fleeting world of collective imagination.
Rhythm reawakens. Light floods in. A spectacle of art, sound and self takes shape.

The -TOPIA experience returns โ this time, as a living, beating cycle.
Marking the second festival and eighth installment of Tessellateโs multidisciplinary art and music series, -TOPIA transforms Abbotsford Convent into a moving playground of sound and sensation.
Across 11 vibrant hours, the multi-zoned festival space takes -topians on a cyclical journey, emulating the circle of life. Birthed into the space, attendees explore intensity, softness, play and reflection. A carefully orchestrated flow through experimental electronic sets, labyrinth maze installations, multi-sensory workshops and ambient listening space. Energetic pulses of music, serene whispers of aromatherapy.
Step into the synergetic spiral. Embrace rebirth. We summon you into our new -TOPIA.
-TOPIA takes place on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present, and recognise that sovereignty of this land was never ceded. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
