Tommy Wiseau is in The Neighbourhood’s new 80’s inspired film clip

His dramatic entrance to the clip involves a rose being thrown emotionally onto the footpath in true cheesy Tommy Wiseau style. He has one spoken line, and a laser gun. If that isn’t enough to entice you, then we don’t know what is.

If you’re unaware of who Tommy Wiseau is – he’s the man behind “the worst film ever made”, The Room, now a cult classic and the subject of a 2017 James Franco movie, The Disaster Artist.

He wrote, directed and starred in his horrific masterpiece, with some of the most mind-numbingly dry and lifeless dialogue you’ll have ever heard.

Californian band The Neighbourhood have just released a self-titled third album, and adding Tommy to the lead single, Scary Love makes total sense. Kind of.

The clip is definitely worth checking out if you’re a Wiseau fan or just need a great 80’s inspired jam.
