Libidinizer is a four song ep by Tom Kazas, the self-coined ‘post-croon’ artist. A volatile carnival of performance and production. Tom’s dissonant guitar, atonal synths and arrhythmias sass with his big voice and sharp words to produce a highly original work. Tom’s live performances are a rare treat, where he subverts the conventions of songwriting, “a Vegas loungeshow at the end of history.”
Supporting Tom, Mara MacDonald (fka Marara) is a sound artist and performer based in Melbourne, Australia. She released her debut EP ‘I’m just One Person’ on Melbourne label JPEG Artefacts in January 2023, and debut album ‘August and June’ on the Manchester-based First Light Records in 2024. Brad Rose of Foxy Digitales said of her debut: “This music creates space for those who don’t often find it … each word, each sound echoes into forever.”
Clinton Green is an experimental musician and performer, working in many facets of sound since the 1990s. Currently, he works with malfunctioning Walkmans and dictaphones, and found objects as instruments.
Mamma Chen’s acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and the Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation, the true owners of the land that we live and operate on.
