Hollie Fullbrook aka Tiny Ruins recorded and produced the EP in collaboration with Hamish Kilgour of The Clean across two seperate visits to New York City. In late 2013 the pair recorded two songs in a basement studio. A year later, Hollie returned to New York where the pair finished the record.
Hurtling Through includes two W.B. Yeats poems set to music, as well as a field recording of a late-night Brooklyn walk, with percussionist Kilgour taking a silver spoon to railings and lamp-posts.
