Through the 60 minute tour, guests will learn to navigate darkness and function without sight with blind guides providing skilled leadership throughout the experience.

Dialogue in the Dark has partnered with Guide Dogs Australia in the Australian edition of the project. Karen Hayes, CEO of Guide Dogs Victoria, believes the exhibition will have a significant effect. “This is a wonderful opportunity for GDV to be able to offer meaningful job and social inclusion opportunities for people who are blind and vision impaired, and ultimately, for the sighted community to really take a walk in the shoes of someone with vision impairment,” she said via a press release.

The exhibition is also open to corporate and school groups looking for more hands-on nonvisual perception teaching.
