Baxter’s throwing an all-day warehouse rave over Cup weekend and tickets start at $10

Words by staff writer

Melbourne's underground is about to get a proper workout this Cup Weekend courtesy of Warehouse Rave 4.0 and Baxter All Day Long.

The rising Melbourne selector is taking over The Industrique in Coburg for an all-day session on 1 November, running the decks solo and throwing down back-to-back sets with a crew of heavy hitters.

Across the event, Baxter will link up with Staffy from Sydney, Akeylah, Aqua-X and Four To Eight for a series of collaborative sets, while Synthesisia, Graceless Grace, Bickieez, Burjoe, Stude on Jetta, Rev and Navi round out the support. The whole thing goes down in a 360-degree Boiler Warehouse setup with an outdoor pavilion thrown in for good measure.

After spending the year warming up for internationals like Vorteks, Stan Christ and Fantasm, plus headlining her own shows around the country, Baxter is closing out 2025 with this hometown marathon. The focus here is accessibility, with entry starting at just 10 bucks to keep the doors open for everyone who wants to get involved.

Warehouse Rave 4.0 is presented by Astra and Ashby Projects, continuing the series that’s been carving out space for Melbourne’s techno and hard dance community over the past year. This Cup Weekend edition marks the biggest instalment yet, with Baxter commanding the lineup from start to finish across eight hours of non-stop sets.

The event runs from 3pm through to 11pm, giving punters plenty of time to lock into the groove without the usual time constraints. With the extended format and stacked bill of back-to-backs, it’s shaping up as one of the more ambitious underground events on Melbourne’s calendar this spring.
