You’ll get a cocktail made with bacon-infused Straight Rye Whiskey on arrival, as well as a tasting of Solera Rye, Straight Rye Whiskey and Single Cask paired with a full rasher of 3 different types of bacon. You’ll also get a complimentary pack of Saltsmith Streaky Bacon for every rye bottle purchased.

Locally distilled in Melbourne, The Gospel’s whiskey is made with 100% Australian rye. Inspired by the divine music that shares its name The Gospel was founded on the belief in bringing a distinct Australian approach to a traditional American whiskey to the world.
Saltsmith Bacon is made from Australian Free pork, made by hand in North Melbourne. With free range quality pork straight from the farm, they make their bacon with a traditional process, enhanced with technology. Pushing the boundaries of the humble rasher, taking flavours to the extreme and making something that will give you a moment of pure sensorial bliss – they have an unhealthy obsession with making ridiculously good bacon.
