Known for their bright blue sea salt soft serve, Aqua S is launching its second Victorian store in Windsor on Wednesday, March 8.
And while their ice cream is sweet enough, the launch is set to be even sweeter, with free soft serve being given away from 11am to 1pm (until stock lasts.)
The aesthetic ice creams are marketed as mini works of art. Apart from the signature sea salt flavour, which was inspired by Okinawa, Japan, Aqua S has new flavours every fortnight that can be enjoyed on their own or swirled together.

The rotation includes Red Velvet, Shirley Temple, Biscoff, Ube, Taro Milk Tea, Pandan Vanilla, Matcha, Nutella, Milo, Coconut and more!
The topping station is a playground for creativity. Add-ons include dreamy raspberry fairy floss, toasted marshmallows, sweet popcorn, mini mochi, popping pearls, brownie bites and more.
The new venue at 178 Chapel Street will continue the magical and dream-like corporate identity with the iconic cloud feature walls and neon signage found at all Aqua S stores in Australia, America, New Zealand and Cambodia.
Proving to be a one-stop dessert shop, the menu is also set to feature popular treats like thick NY cookies, brownies, 24k gold Swissmas decorations and artisan doughnuts.
