There’s a new dance floor favourite and Tom Carroll is bringing it to Nerve this Friday

A Melbourne DJ's most-streamed track yet is about to hit Nerve, the club it belongs in.

Melbourne-based DJ and producer Tom Carroll is heading to Nerve this Friday, and he’s bringing some serious momentum with him. His sound moves fluidly across house, techno and electronic music, but it’s one recent release that’s really got people talking.

That track, Wicked With You, has racked up more than 200,000 streams on Spotify and 60,000 on SoundCloud in under two weeks.

Released through Funk Tribu’s Tribe Label, it’s the kind of result that suggests Carroll’s catalogue is only just getting started, with a trajectory that’s very much pointing skyward.

Friday’s lineup doesn’t stop with Carroll either. He’ll be joined by Axlmore b2b RØSAH, along with Millhouse and Kerf rounding out the bill, while Intermission takes over the side room for anyone wanting a change of pace across the night. Tickets are moving quickly, so it’s worth locking in a spot sooner rather than later.

Nerve itself is bringing the goods too, with a state-of-the-art sound system spread across two rooms plus an outdoor rooftop area, meaning there’s plenty of room to move between sets all night long. Drinks are kept easy on the wallet, with $6 Carltons, $10 Alizé and Agwa, $11 vodkas, $11 basics and $12 South Ave’s on offer throughout the night.

Between the lineup, the setup and the momentum Carroll’s currently riding off the back of Wicked With You, Friday at Nerve is shaping up to be one worth clearing the calendar for.
