FUSE Spring's program is ending with a bang - with a massive, free block party culminating in a parade led by a moving soundsystem.
With live bass music, bric-a-brac stalls, body adornment and a boogie in the dark, the FUSE Block Party is set to be a huge send off to the Darebin Council’s spring extravaganza. The whole event will culminate in a huge dress up parade, led by a moving interactive kinetic structure called UKI.
With local youth music studio Decibels producing music for the event, it’s a bass-heavy party that all goes down on Saturday September 17, from 1 – 6pm.

Lucrecia Quintanilla is the first woman to create a hand built sound system – General Feelings – on Australian shores. She’ll be closing the evening by providing the soundtrack to the parade from within UKI.
Come dressed in a costume for the parade, or design one at their on-site workshops. There will also be performances from DJ Naycab, Decibels Youth Group, No Lights No Lycra, as well as live art from Tom Civil, Nat Solo, Dell Stewart and Veisinia Tonga.
