There’s a 12-act rave happening at this Melbourne carpark in May

Words by Staff Writer

The techno overlords at Novel are back with a vengeance, dropping news of Intercell Indoor's third warehouse bash set to transform a Cremorne car park.

Novel announces the return of their Intercell Indoor series, this time taking over the raw, industrial space of Rosella Carpark in Cremorne.

The upcoming rave promises to strip back the unnecessary frills and focus solely on the essentials – sound, space and the unmistakable energy that’s become synonymous with Novel events.

Intercell Indoor

  • When: Saturday, 3 May 2025, 1pm to midnight
  • Where: Rosella Carpark, 7 Palmer Parade, Cremorne

The lineup reads like a who’s who of local electronic talent, featuring scene stalwarts alongside emerging artists. Headliners include Willaris. K, who continues to blur the boundaries between electronic and experimental, while the much-anticipated back-to-back set from Kia and Byron Yeates promises to deliver cutting-edge selections that will keep punters moving until the early hours.

Also joining the bill are Brent Honey, Club Angel, DINA, DJ Luv You, Form1Lane, KSMBA, Lucas Boston, NewTone, Osmosis Jones and Séarlait, rounding out a diverse roster of talent that spans the electronic spectrum.

The choice of venue signals Novel’s continued commitment to pushing boundaries and creating unique party experiences. Rosella Carpark offers the perfect blank canvas for the Intercell team to work their magic, transforming an ordinary space into a techno playground.

This latest announcement follows Novel’s consistent delivery of world-class electronic music events across Melbourne, including recent parties featuring international talents like DJ Stingray 313 and Schacke.
