The Warehouse Project is back, once again bringing the UK's beloved rave culture.
Manchester’s legendary underground music institution The Warehouse Project has announced its return to Australian shores this April, following its successful debut in 2024.
The two-date run will see some of electronic music’s most innovative acts descend upon Sydney and Melbourne, headlined by Australian export Partiboi69 who brings his groundbreaking Area69 concept to both cities. The events promise to blend cutting-edge production with forward-thinking music programming across two landmark venues.

Warehouse Project co-founder Sam Kandel emphasised the importance of building upon last year’s momentum. “After the incredible success of last year’s debut, we’re excited to revisit Sydney and Melbourne to build on the magic we created.
“Once again, we’ll be pulling out all the stops in production and bringing a mix of both international and domestic artists to two special venues. With the special atmosphere the Australian crowd creates, we know this will be an experience that resonates long after the music stops.”
The 2025 edition marks a significant evolution for the brand, which has been revolutionising the UK dance music landscape since 2006. From its early days at Manchester’s Boddingtons Brewery to its current home at the industrial complex Depot Mayfield, The Warehouse Project has consistently pushed the boundaries of electronic music events.
This year sees the Sydney event relocating to the historic Hordern Pavilion in Moore Park, while Melbourne’s PICA will once again host the southern leg. The lineup demonstrates the brand’s commitment to diverse programming, pairing Partiboi69’s tech-heavy audiovisual experience with vinyl specialist Hector Oaks, genre-defying producer X-Coast, and emerging talents Miss Bashful and Carla Martinez.
