Melbourne underground favourites The Valiants are finally releasing their debut EP Nothing Without Balance.

Years of meticulous planning and refining have been spent by the fivesome – Jakeb Sullivan, Magnus Bock, Antonio Zaki, Harrison Bail and Billy Franes – curating the record, flaunting their impressive musical range between fast-paced frantic riffs and full-bodied orchestral symphonies.

Comparing their sound to the likes of Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Franz Ferdinand, The Kooks, Kingswood, Rum Jungle and Lime Cordiale…y’know, just the favourites, The Valiants have their sights set on taking the music scene by storm.

Showcasing their music at the iconic Brunswick Ballroom, this weekend’s gig is set to be their most impressive show yet. Combining duelling guitar riffs, groovy basslines, soaring synths, and earthquaking drums, and enchanting orchestral symphonies, Nothing Without Balance is well worth checking out in the flesh.

Supporting them for an unforgettable show are Creature Fear and long time friends, Peach Fuzz. What better way to end a Saturday night after watching the AFL Grand Final; than to come and listen to some great music at the Brunswick Ballroom.
