The Tramway Turns Bands Into Burgers

Head chefs Kyle Curran and Mathew Zolliat at the reinvented Tramway Hotel in North Fitzroy are interpreting some of Melbourne’s best bands and turning them into burgers. First up is Deep Heat and next is Clowns.

Since Andrew ‘Pugs’ Lyngcoln and Janelle Magee took over the joint last year, The Tramway has had a make-over both physically and gastronomically. Curran and Zolli have introduced their own street food menu, which includes sandwiches, Bao, mini hot dogs and a bunch of sides in addition to their famed burgers.
