Scream hits cinemas next year.

It’s been ten years since Ghostface graced our screens for the fourth instalment of the Scream franchise but now, a new killer is donning the infamous mask for a revival of the iconic slasher series.

The trailer for the fifth film, Scream, has dropped with release set for 2022.

Set 25 years after Ghostface terrorised Woodsboro, Scream follows a new killer on a murderous spree targeting a group of teenagers.

Original stars Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox and David Arquette will reprise their roles alongside a new cast featuring the likes of Melissa Barrera, Kyle Gallner, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Marley Shelton, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Sonia Ammar.

Scream will see Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett take over from Wes Craven as Co-Directors.
